you lost, little girl?

How to stay calm:

- hold your hands together
- sing a lullaby
- refrain from drinking too much coffee
- perform deep breathing exercises
- touch your earlobe
- let someone hug you
- close your eyes and repeat: it's okay. it's okay. it's okay.

How to be happy:
- appreciate little and good things
- drink blueberry milkshake
- talk to children. You'd be grateful for their innocence.

How to not be lonely:
- stop thinking anymore sad thoughts
- put on your headphones and listen to yiruma
- read a book

How to release anger:
- mop the floor
- shout
- cry
- get a clean sheet of paper and write down everything that comes from your mind. It doesn't need to be words. It doesn't have to have shapes. Anger is much stronger than that and you have to let it go.

How to survive:
- live - enjoy life
- love - yourself and those who hold you
- laugh - at moments and strive to be happy
you don't need to go in circles anymore, my little butterfly.
flap your wings and fly. explore the world.

  3. I can't talk to children without remembering I'm not one anymore, and will never be.

  5. :D

Lol, I always use my anger-energy up on cleaning. It freaked my Host Mum out no end to see me cleaning with a rageface on >.<

I'd totally send Dralion to you for hugs, but I'm not sure she'd want to come home afterwards :p Maybe long-distance hugs?

Love you so much *Hugs from me and Dralion*

  7. P.S.

I'll remember to post more photos on my craft blog for you to see :) I'm trying to document every project I finish. There are sooo many unfinished ones! It's a disgrace!

My eyes are probably "hazel", like a brown-green. They change a lot. They were brown when I was little and got greener as I grew up. Mum and my brothers have blue-grey eyes. Blasted blue-eyed blondes! XD

I love dark brown and black eyes! They're a definite colour you can put a name on and they look so mysterious, like you have all these amazing fairy secrets *Sighs*

I hope you're having a good weekend, beautiful Haze. Mahal kita <3

It feels like my heart has been bewitched by you and is keeping track of time on it's own.
